  • Performing a navigational analysis of over 7,000 webpages to understand how the public utilizes the site.
  • Tying together customer segments and navigational analysis to understand typical customer website journeys.
  • Identifying success metrics for traffic and conversions to optimize the website for as a next step.

  • A non-profit social enterprise that sells new and used home improvement items.
• Business Challenge:
  • Interested in selling energy- and water-efficient products through its retail store.
• Outcomes To-date:
  • Secured contracts with two manufacturers to buy energy-efficient products at same cost as Home Depot, improving BBR’s competitive positioning.
  • Increased BBR’s potential membership base by 3.8X its existing base (from 1,400 members to 5,500) by developing three business partnerships.
